Chief Smart Storage Features:

Partition Framing: Interior Columns are 5' c.c. with purlins bearing directly on the interior columns.  No rafter required.
Connections: All connections made with screws.
Base Condition: 1 1/2" notch at walls with doors, none at walls without doors.  Base angle without trim at exterior walls and at partition.
Ridge: Roof panel is continuous across ridge - no separate ridge cap.

Options for Standard Smart Storage:

Roof Panel: Option for one of Chief's standard colors.
Doors: Option for Chief to provide mini-storage style roll-up doors.
Endwall Openings: Optional 3' x 7' openings in both endwalls for 5' x 10' units.
Eave Line Trim: Standard eave trim or gutter available.
