    Smart Building Upgrades

The following upgrades are available with Smart Buildings. Each option or a combination of the following options may add time to the advertised anchor bolt plans and normal delivery times for Smart Buildings. Contact the scheduling department for current anchor bolt plan dates and delivery times.

Smart Building Upgrades are eligible for a 10% discount**, applied to standard pricing. The date for the anchor bolt plan to be mailed and the date the building will be ready to ship will be determined based on the Upgrades purchased.

  • Slide doors (24' x 14' maximum)
  • Portal Frames in sidewalls
  • H/100 main frame sidesway
  • Panel and girt deducts up to 8'-0"
  • Wind beams at 8'-0" (L/240 deflection)
  • Existing adjacent structures without height changes
  • Existing adjacent structures with height changes that do not create drift conditions on to the new structure

**Discount applies to building purchase only and is not applicable to freight and sales tax.
