Chief's LTC (Lock Tight
Construction) roof has an interlocking standing seam protruding 2
1/2" above the weather surface, factory applied sealant for
weather tightness and a UL90 wind resistance rating for strength. A
concealed clip is used to accommodate the forces of expansion and
contraction, while low U-factors reduce heating and cooling costs.
Lock Tight Construction
combines an interlocking seam and factory applied sealant, eliminating the
need for mechanical seaming, while providing outstanding weather
protection. This design allows for easier installation and repair
resulting in lower maintenance and construction costs.

The floating clip, used with the
LTC roof, allows for total movement of 3 1/4", allowing the
roof system to cope with the forces of expansion and contraction. |
